Agua Viva โ Great Oaks International Inc.
Jan 06, 2022“Agua Viva ‘Living Water’ assembles mixed teams of Hondurans and North Americans, deploying them to remote mountainous villages to build gravity-fed clean water systems. We work side by side with our compañero, digging miles of trenches by hand through mountainous clay, rock and mud where PVC pipe will transport fresh life-giving water to the families in the village.”

About Aqua Viva
More than 3,500,000 people die from water-related illness every year. We may not be able to drastically impact these statistics, but together, through us, God can drastically impact the lives of those we touch.
Agua Viva, a U.S. based non-profit organization, is dedicated to bringing fresh water to rural villages in Honduras, Central America. Through short-term trips, North American volunteers travel to Honduras to work side-by-side with a community to help them build their sustainable clean drinking water systems and sanitary latrines. Through these experiences, we encourage each other to become “more passionate for God and compassionate for His people.”
